The area was clean although the bed was terrible! Needs to be replaced! The breakfast was pitiful…a bagel and occasional…meager at very best! The cost was acceptable but when you incorporate on being forced to go out for breakfast and afterwards not sleeping because of the terrible mattress it wasn’t worth it.If you aren't wanting on the web
